Sometimes it is hard to remember that we are at war, when we get up and live in freedom each day. But I am sure many families are reminded of war by the absence of their loved ones, especially at Christmas.
One of my son's good friends is in the Air Force and stationed in Turkey, this will be the first holiday season in his 19 years that he will be this far away from family and friends. We are praying for him to have a safe Christmas. Praying for all the soldiers defending our country and for their families!
